WP5 objectives: 1) Integrate data collected through WP1-3 in the unique DCM cohort of the consortium, 2) Develop first new predictive scores from multivariate conventional analyses. 3) Improve prediction model through machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI).
Integrating clinical, imaging and genetic data from WP1-3, we will develop novle methods to improve risk prediction in patients and their relatives (risk of severe clinical outcomes and risk of developing a DCM phenotype in carriers of pathogenic variants). In particular, we will create novel AI-based methods to extract relevant information from the available high-dimensional and multimodal dataset to better predict the severity and prognosis of DCM.
